Incentive Auction Incentive Program

Incentive
I must confess I don’t read the FCC daily releases thoroughly each day. Fortunately, major law firms such as Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth do and sometimes share surprises with us. Today FHH discussed on their blog and linked to the brilliant new FCC strategy shown in the PN at the left. FCC has found a way around their lack of legal authority to have incentive auctions for broadcast spectrum.

Congratulations to the FCC team for this brilliant breakthrough! And thanks for FHH for bringing it to our attention in a timely way.
